In the context of Feng Shui, it’s not a very good layout.
*The Logic*
Your entrance is one of the main entities for chi to enter your home. Fresh air is considered very good chi. If the first thing it flows into is your bathroom (a negative entity), the chi will adopt the negative entities.
You may notice that in many asian households/buildings that right after the main entrance, there is something very auspicious or pleasant to greet the incoming chi (and to slow it down) so it will adopt positive qualities.
*The Solution*
If possible, keep the door closed at all times (better still if you don’t use it at all) and place something like a large plant blocking the bathroom door. If it has to be used, then place something auspicious to greet the incoming chi which will disperse it in different directions instead of going straight into the bathroom.
Example of auspicious items:
Hope this info helps and that you can keep the door closed!
